Company Personnel definition

Company Personnel means any current or former director, officer or employee of the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Company Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Company. The Representative/Engineer of the Company are also included in the Company's personnel. The Company’s Representative/Engineer means the person or persons appointed and approved from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co-ordination and project management at site.
Company Personnel means any individual or entity who is or was at any time during the six-month period prior to Executive’s solicitation or other activity prohibited by this Section 6(d), employed or engaged (whether as an employee, consultant, independent contractor or in any other capacity) by the Company Group.

  • Project management support shall consist of the efforts of Company Personnel providing services to Customer other than the services listed above, including, but not limited to, assisting Customer in installing and using the Platform.

  • Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Company Personnel shall not be required to access any premises or equipment for the performance of Services where at the reasonable discretion of the Company Personnel, such access is deemed unsafe.

  • Company agrees, and will cause its Company Personnel to agree, that with respect to any Deliverables that may qualify as “work made for hire” as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 101, such Deliverables are hereby deemed a “work made for hire” for Customer.


More Definitions of Company Personnel

Company Personnel means any person who was employed by the Company during the twelve (12) month period prior to Participant’s last day of employment or service with the Company and with whom Participant had direct contact for business purposes.
