Examples of New SAIC Group in a sentence

  • Nothing in the Exhibits or Schedules constitutes an admission of any liability or obligation of any member of the Leidos Group or the New SAIC Group or any of their respective Affiliates to any third party, nor, with respect to any third party, an admission against the interests of any member of the Leidos Group or the New SAIC Group or any of their respective Affiliates.

  • For this purpose the employer must take account of the work, working conditions and other work surroundings as well as details relating to the individual needs of employees.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.
