New Shareholder Injections definition

New Shareholder Injections means the aggregate amount subscribed for by any person (other than a member of the Covenant Group) for ordinary shares in the Borrower or for subordinated loans or other subordinated debt instruments in the Borrower, provided that such subordinated loans or other subordinated debt instruments are subordinated on terms acceptable to the Facility Agent.
New Shareholder Injections has the meaning given to that term in Clause 22.1 (Financial definitions).
New Shareholder Injections means the aggregate amount subscribed for by any person (other than a member of the Group) for equity share capital in the Licensee.
