Examples of New Title and Survey Election Notice in a sentence
Seller shall have no obligation to cure any Title Exceptions or Survey Defects other than the Unpermitted Exceptions as set forth in the Title and Survey Side Letter or any New Title and Survey Election Notice.
If Seller does not provide a New Title and Survey Election Notice to Purchaser within such time period, then Seller shall be deemed to have elected not to remove or cure such New Title Exception or New Survey Defect as an Unpermitted Exception pursuant to clause (2) of the preceding sentence.

The Seller Parties shall have no obligation to cure any Title Exceptions or Survey Defects other than Automatic Unpermitted Exceptions and other than the Unpermitted Exceptions as set forth in the Title and Survey Side Letter or any New Title and Survey Election Notice.
