Newbuild Capex definition

Newbuild Capex means capital expenditures applied towards investments into a biogas plant or similar asset not being owned as of the First Issue Date (for the avoidance of doubt, Newbuild Capex may not be made in respect of any assets owned by the Group on the First Issue Date).

  • Approved Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures incurred by Borrower and either (i) included in the Approved Annual Budget or (ii) approved by Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • CAPEX means Capital Expenditure for the Project;

  • Construction Debt means debt incurred to fund (a) all or a portion of a Capital Improvement, (b) interest payments (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees on other Construction Debt or (c) distributions (including incremental Incentive Distributions) on Construction Equity.

  • Working Capital Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Facility A Commitment means, in relation to a Facility A Lender, the amount set opposite its name in column 1 of part E of schedule 1 or, as the case may be, in any relevant Transfer Certificate, as amended by any relevant term of this Agreement;

  • Borrowing Base Availability means, at the time of any determination, an amount equal to the lesser of the Borrowing Base at such time and the aggregate amount of the Commitments at such time.
