Next Member definition

Next Member means any Immediate Family Member of the Core Member, who applies for the Membership and enjoys the Privileges under the collective Membership approved by the Company.
Next Member means an Immediate Family Member of Core Member or The Other Member who, after the Core Member and The Other Member’s Application has been approved by the Company, applies for the Membership and enjoys the Privileges under the Members’ collective Membership approved by the Company.

  • In case such documentary evidence is originally made in any other language/languages other than English, its English translation must be prepared and certified as true translation by a translator acceptable to the Company, at the costs of the Next Member, and attached to such documentary evidence at the time of Application.

  • The Core Member / Next Member agree that the Company may check or reveal any personal information or any information provided in the Application or provided otherwise to the Company.

  • Upon demise of the Core Member, if the Core Member is survived by one surviving Next Member, such surviving Next Member whose Application has been approved by the Company and who is enjoying the Membership at the time of demise shall escalate to assume the status of and become the Core Member.

  • The Membership for the Core Member shall be valid for a period of ten (10) years, and the Membership for Next Member shall be valid for a period equal to the remaining term of the Core Member’s Membership.

  • The Privileges under the Membership is subject to partial or complete suspension upon the Company’s absolute discretion, if during the validity period there incurs any Penalty Charge and/or other fees for which the Core Member / Next Member are jointly and severally responsible but fail to fully settle within the due date so specified in the invoice.

  • To be eligible for the Elite Ultimate Privilege Membership, or any Other Elite Memberships, the Core Member / Next Member shall have to apply specifically therefor.

  • To be eligible for the Privileges under this Membership, a potential Next Member must by himself or herself, or, in case of juvenile, through his or her parent or legal guardian, present to the Company documentary evidence attesting to his or her kinship to or marriage status with the Core Member within the definition of the Immediate Family Member as stated in Clause 2.2, first paragraph, above, in which case the requirements under Clause 2.2, second paragraph, shall apply mutatis mutandis.

  • The Core Member / Next Member agree and acknowledge that at any time based on the Company’s discretion, the Company may waive its right to demand any compliance with the terms and conditions of this Elite Privilege Access Membership Agreement or the E-Privilege from the Core Member / Next Member.

  • The provision of the preceding paragraph shall mutatis mutandis apply to the circumstance whereupon the kinship between step-parent, who is the Core Member, and his or her adopted child, who is the Next Member, as the case may be, is ended or terminated due to whatsoever reasons other than the Core Member’s demise, including, inter alia, the judicial decision ending or terminating the stepparent adoption.

  • In both cases, upon the surviving Next Member’s or the selected surviving Next Member’s notice to the Company of the Core Member’s demise with proof satisfactorily attesting thereto, e.g. copy of death certificate issued by the relevant authority of the country in which the demise occurred, or any documentary evidence having similar effect, etc., the Company shall issue a new Core Member’s Card to such surviving Next Member, or such selected surviving Next Member, as the case may be.

Related to Next Member

  • Unit Member means any certificated employee of the district who is included in the appropriate unit as defined in Article 2 and therefore covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Independent Member of the board means a member of the board who has no business, family or other relationship that raises a conflict of interests regarding the CCP concerned or its controlling shareholders, its management or its clearing members, and who has had no such relationship during the five years preceding his membership of the board;

  • Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.

  • Subject Member means an elected member or co-opted member of the County Council against whom a complaint has been made alleging a breach the Code of Conduct.

  • Bankrupt Member means any member (a) that (i) makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors; (ii) files a voluntary petition in bankruptcy; (iii) is adjudged a bankrupt or insolvent, or has entered against such Member an order for relief, in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings; (iv) files a petition or answer seeking for the Member any reorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution or similar relief under any statute, law or regulation; (v) files an answer or other pleading admitting or failing to contest the material allegations of a petition filed against the Member in any proceeding of the type described in subclauses (i) through (iv) of this clause (a); or (vi) seeks, consents to, or acquiesces in the appointment of a trustee, receiver or liquidator of the Member or of all or any substantial part of the Member's properties; or (b) against which, a proceeding seeking reorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution, or similar relief under any statute, law or regulation has been commenced and one hundred twenty (120) days have expired without dismissal thereof or with respect to which, without the Member's consent or acquiescence, a trustee, receiver or liquidator of the Member or of all or any substantial part of the Member's properties has been appointed and ninety (90) days have expired without the appointment having been vacated or stayed, or ninety (90) days have expired after the date of expiration of a stay, if the appointment has not previously been vacated. The foregoing is intended to and shall supersede and replace the events of bankruptcy described in Sections 18-304(a) and (b) of the Act.

  • Agent Member means any member of, or participant in, the Depositary.

  • Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Agent Members has the meaning provided in Section 2.07(a).

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Class B Stockholder means (i) the registered holder of a share of Class B Common Stock at the Effective Time and (ii) the initial registered holder of any shares of Class B Common Stock that are originally issued by the Corporation after the Effective Time.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Special Member means, upon such person’s admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person’s capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.
