NGN form definition

NGN form means the new global note form.
NGN form means an Unregistered Security the aggregate principal amount of which, as shall be indicated in the applicable Issuer Order, shall be definitively determined by the records of Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V. and Clearstream Banking, société anonyme.’;

Examples of NGN form in a sentence

  • Payments of principal, interest (if any) or any other amounts on a Permanent Global Note will be made through Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg (against presentation or surrender (as the case may be) of the Permanent Global Note if the Permanent Global Note is not intended to be issued in NGN form) without any requirement for certification.
