References in this Agreement to the “Commissioner” are to the NHS Commissioning Board which is also known as NHS England.
We agree that the wording in the Clauses to this Agreement may not be varied unless a national variation is published which has been discussed by the NHS Commissioning Board and the British Medical Association through the usual process in which case that national variation will be deemed accepted by each Member and we will update this Agreement accordingly.
