Niagara Escarpment Plan definition

Niagara Escarpment Plan means the Plan approved under the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, as amended and revised in accordance with that Act;
Niagara Escarpment Plan means the plan established for all or part of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, R.S.O. 1991, c.1, as amended;
Niagara Escarpment Plan means a plan, policy and program, or any part thereof, as approved by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under this Act on June 12, 1985 and amended and revised in accordance with this Act, covering the Niagara Escarpment Planning Area, or any part thereof defined in the Plan, designed to promote the optimum economic, social, environmental and physical condition of the Area, and consisting of the texts and maps describing the program and policy; (“Plan d’aménagement de l’escarpement du Niagara”)

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • Pest Management Plan and “PMP” means the Recipient’s plan dated March 9, 2010, which: (i) addresses the concerns relating to the Project risks associated with potential increases in the use of pesticides for agricultural production, intensification and diversification and controlling disease vector populations arising from irrigation schemes; (ii) sets forth mitigation and monitoring measures to be taken during Project implementation and operation to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels; (iii) recommends institutional measures to strengthen national capacities to implement the mitigation and monitoring measures; and (iv) as part of the implementation arrangements, identifies national agencies and other partners that could play a vital role in the success of the Project.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
