Niagara Escarpment Plan definition

Niagara Escarpment Plan means the Plan approved under the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, as amended and revised in accordance with that Act;
Niagara Escarpment Plan means the plan established for all or part of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, R.S.O. 1991, c.1, as amended;
Niagara Escarpment Plan means the plan established under section 3 of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act; (“Plan d’aménagement de l’escarpement du Niagara”)
