Each Party shall maintain a trademark classification system that is consistent with the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks, as amended from time to time.
Parties shall use the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Trademarks established by the Nice Agreement of 15 June 1957 and its effective amendments to classify the goods and services to which the trademarks shall be applied.
