Nicolet Shareholder Approval definition

Nicolet Shareholder Approval means the adoption and approval of this Agreement by the shareholders of Nicolet, in accordance with the WBCL and Nicolet Articles of Incorporation, and approval of the issuance of the Nicolet Common Stock pursuant to this Agreement by the shareholders of Nicolet, in accordance with Nasdaq Rules.

  • Company Shareholder Meeting means a duly convened meeting of the Company’s shareholders called to obtain the Company Shareholder Approval, or any valid adjournment or postponement thereof made in accordance with this Agreement.
