The starting time for the Day Shift shall be between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. and the starting times for the Night Shift shall be between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The number of sergeants assigned to the Booster shift, or any other shift established by the Department, shall not be greater than the number of sergeants assigned on the Day or Night Shifts.
