No Disparaging Statements. You agree that you will not make any disparaging statements about the Company, its Affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, products, pricing policies or services.
No Disparaging Statements. The Executive and the Company agree not to make any disparaging statements about the other.
No Disparaging Statements. During the Term of employment and for one (1) year after termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, the Employee and the Company agree to refrain from making any disparaging statements, either orally or in writing, about the other party (and, on the part of the Employee, about any affiliate of the Company, or any directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents or other representatives of the Company or any affiliate thereof).

In the event of termination of Employee's employment for any reason by Company or Employee, Employee will not at any time publicly denigrate, ridicule or intentionally criticize Company or any of its affiliates including, without limitation, by way of news interviews, or the expression of personal views, opinions or judgments to the news media. Similarly, neither Company nor any of its affiliates will publicly denigrate, ridicule or intentionally criticize Employee.

During the Employee’s employment with the Employer and for 12 months after the Employee ceases to be an employee of the Employer, the Employee will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding any member of the Employer Group or its officers, directors, personnel or products.

Each Shareholder on the one hand, and Investor, on the other hand, each agree not to, directly or indirectly, disparage the other party or any of its Affiliates, except as required by applicable Law. Notwithstanding the forgoing, nothing in this Section 4.7 shall prevent any Person from making any truthful statement to the extent (i) necessary in connection with any litigation involving this Agreement, the Investment Agreement or any related agreement, including the enforcement of this Agreement or (ii) required by Law or by Governmental Entities with apparent jurisdiction or authority to order or require such Person to disclose or make accessible such information.

During the Employee’s employment with the Bank and for 12 months after the Employee ceases to be employed with the Bank, except as may be required by law, (a) the Employee will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding the Bank or its officers, directors, personnel or products and (b) the Bank will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding the Employee.
No Disparaging Statements. During the Executive’s employment with the Bank and for 12 months after the Executive ceases to be an employee of the Bank, the Executive will not make any statements or comments of a disparaging nature to third parties regarding any member of the Employer Group or its officers, directors, personnel or products.
No Disparaging Statements. Defendants, Defendants’ Counsel, Plaintiff, and Class Counsel shall make no public statements describing this Settlement that disparage any Party or Released Parties or accuse one another of wrongdoing. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent Plaintiff and Class Counsel from freely and frankly communicating with the Settlement Class Members.
