No Flip and other Xxxxxxx MOU Provisions: UA will agree to waive the "no flip" provision set forth in Section 13 of Attachment I to the Memorandum of Understanding (the "Xxxxxxx MOU") dated as of May 23, 2000, among Xxxxxx X.
