Third-Party Release means the release given by each of the Releasing Parties to the Released Parties as set forth in Article VIII.E of the Plan.
Third Party Reports With respect to any Mortgaged Property, the related Appraisal, Phase I environmental report, Phase II environmental report, seismic report or property condition report, if any.

Limit of Liability means, with respect to any Insuring Agreement, the limit of liability of the Underwriter for any Single Loss covered by such Insuring Agreement as set forth under the heading “Limit of Liability” in Item 3 of the Declarations or in any Rider for such Insuring Agreement.
Non-Recourse Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16 hereof.
Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.
Disclosure to information norm means the Policy shall be void and all premium paid thereon shall be forfeited to the Company, in the event of misrepresentation, mis-description or non-disclosure of any material fact.
Third Party Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Unfair trade practices means supply of services different from what is ordered on, or change in the Scope of Work;
Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.
Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.
