Node Poles definition

Node Poles means those utility poles or Facilities to which ExteNet proposes to attach items of Equipment, other than wires and fiber optic cabling.

  • All annual ROW Fees payable pursuant to this Section 4 shall be paid in advance no later than January 31st of each year, and shall be based on the total Fees due for all Equipment, Attachments, Pole Placements and/or Node Poles occupying City ROW and/or Facilities or Utility Infrastructure as of December 31' of the previous year.

  • Initial Fees for all new Equipment, placed on City ROW shall be paid in advance and due within 30 days of the date on which construction of the Equipment, Attachments, and/or Node Poles is completed (the “Commencement Date”).

  • City hereby grants to ExteNet the nonexclusive right, privilege, and license to enter and occupy City’s Rights-of-Way on Node Poles identified in Schedule 1 hereto or as approved by the City and/or CMA in the future.

  • Initial Fees for all new Equipment, Attachments, and/or Node Poles placed on City ROW and/or Facilities shall be paid in advance and due within 30 days of the date on which construction of the Equipment, Attachments, and/or Node Poles is completed (the “Commencement Date”).

  • Such ROW Fees shall be computed on the basis of the rates set forth in Exhibit A attached and shall be based only on the number of Node Poles in use by ExteNet within the geographic boundaries of CITY during the relevant period.

  • Critical tasks would include, tasks done by instructors such as teaching, supervising and observing student work, demonstrations, checking work or providing one on one support.

  • All Fees payable pursuant to this Section 4 shall be paid annually in advance no later than January 31st of each year, and shall be based on the total Fees due for all Equipment, Attachments, and/or Node Poles occupying City ROW and/or Facilities as of December 31st of the previous year.

  • PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Monument means a physical structure that occupies the exact position of a corner.
