Nominated Employer definition

Nominated Employer means an employer which a Transferring Trustee has nominated to the Trustee as being capable of giving directions to the Trustee as provided for in this Deed;
Nominated Employer means an Employer who has selected or been allocated to the Agent in the manner determined by the Corporation as initially detailed in Schedule E but also including any amendments or additions to the same that may be made by the Corporation from time to time in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.

Examples of Nominated Employer in a sentence

  • In the case of a transfer to Part A of the Fund, such other moneys or assets representing moneys representing the balance in that other fund which is to be held on trust by the Trustee for the benefit of a Nominated Employer in accordance with Clause 3.8 of Schedule 2.

  • Supported employment means the ongoing supports to participants who, because of their disabilities, need intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in competitive or customized employment, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce at or above the state’s minimum wage or at or above the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities. The outcome of this service is sustained paid employment at or above the minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce in a job that meets personal and career goals. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.
