Any remaining prorated allocation of Capacity, available after this reallocation among all Regular Shippers in proportion to their Base Shipment Percentages, shall be made available to New Shippers (if and to the extent New Shippers’ volumes were prorated) and will be prorated among them on a Current Nomination Basis.
