Redemption Basket definition

Redemption Basket means 100,000 Units or such other number of Units as may be determined by the General Partner from time to time, redeemed by a Participant.

Redemption Basket means the minimum number of Units of a Fund that may be redeemed pursuant to Section 8.1, which shall be the number of Units of such Fund constituting a Creation Basket on the relevant Redemption Order Date.

Redemption Basket means the minimum number of Limited Units of a Fund that may be redeemed pursuant to Section 7.1, which shall be the number of Limited Units of such Fund constituting a Creation Basket on the relevant Redemption Order Date.

Examples of Redemption Basket in a sentence

• The Managing Owner from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Limited Units in lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket and permitting the Redemption Distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, other than that specified in Section 7.1.

• In addition to withdrawal of a Limited Partner due to its redemption of Units constituting a Redemption Basket under this Agreement, the General Partner may, at any time, in its sole discretion, require any Limited Partner to withdraw entirely from the Partnership or to withdraw a portion of its Partner Capital Account, by giving not less than 15 days’ advance written notice to the Limited Partner thus designated.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, when and under such conditions as the Managing Owner may from time to time determine, the Managing Owner shall be authorized to deliver the Redemption Distribution notwithstanding that a Redemption Basket has not been credited to the Trust’s account at the Depository if the Participant has collateralized its obligation to deliver the Redemption Basket on such terms as the Managing Owner may, in its sole discretion, from time to time agree.

• The Sponsor or its delegates from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Shares in lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket and permitting the redemption distribution to be delivered in a manner other than that specified in Section 5.2.

More Definitions of Redemption Basket

Redemption Basket means a portfolio of Index Securities and non-Index Securities determined and designated, or approved, by the Manager in respect of each Dealing Day for the purposes of the redemption of Units in a Redemption Unit aggregation for that Dealing Day;
