Nominations and Remuneration Committee definition

Nominations and Remuneration Committee means the committee established in accordance with paragraph 7 of Annex 5 of the Constitution
Nominations and Remuneration Committee means the Nominations and Remuneration Committee (and any successor committees) constituted by the Board from time to time.

Nominations and Remuneration Committee means a committee that determines the broad remuneration policy and performance management framework and sets individual remuneration arrangements for the Trust’s Executive Directors.
