Nominations Period definition
Nominations Period means the ten (10) Business Day period commencing on the Elections Notice Date and concluding at 4:30 PM on the tenth Business Day thereafter.
Nominations Period means the period of eighty (80) years commencing on the date of this Deed;
Nominations Period means the period as described in Rule 3.3.2 in which the Members may nominate a fellow Member for a Sabbatical Officer post.
Examples of Nominations Period in a sentence
This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall terminate automatically on the expiry of the Nominations Period unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause 9.
