Nominations Period definition

Nominations Period means the ten (10) Business Day period commencing on the Elections Notice Date and concluding at 4:30 PM on the tenth Business Day thereafter.
Nominations Period means the period of eighty (80) years commencing on the date of this Deed;
Nominations Period means the period as described in Rule 3.3.2 in which the Members may nominate a fellow Member for a Sabbatical Officer post.

  • Qualified Internal Members seeking to run for the President or Vice President positions must advise the CEO of their intention to run within the timeframe specified by the Internal Nominations Period.

  • Immediately upon the Nominations Period closing at the Annual Meeting, each Confirmed Nominee shall be given the floor for a period of no more than three minutes to state his qualifications, platform, and any other information he feels relevant to his candidacy.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall terminate automatically on the expiry of the Nominations Period unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause 9.

  • Operations Period means the period commencing from COD and ending at the expiry of the Concession or Termination.

  • 12-Month Period means a rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date leave is taken and continuous with each additional leave day taken.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Grant Period means the period between Effective Date and Expiration Date of the Grant Award Agreement during which time expenditure of all grant funds and all contributions to match must be made.

  • Graduates Unavailable for Employment means the graduates who, after graduation, die, become incarcerated, are called to active military duty, are international students that leave the United States or do not have a visa allowing employment in the United States, or are continuing their education in an accredited or bureau-approved postsecondary institution.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Nomination Day means the last day for filing or withdrawing a nomination as provided for by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

  • Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement means the applicable Benchmark Replacement excluding the related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment.

  • Regular Business Hours means 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except on Legal Holidays.

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • Affiliation period means a period which, under the terms of the health insurance coverage offered

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Class Period means the period of time from May 12, 2020 to March 11, 2021, inclusive.

  • Graduates Available for Employment means the number of graduates minus the number of graduates unavailable for employment.

  • Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.
