Nominee Companies definition

Nominee Companies means Sanlam Share Account (Proprietary) Limited and Sanlam Fundshares Nominee (Proprietary) Limited, respectively;
Nominee Companies means 2353649 Ontario Inc., 2342997 Ontario Inc., Summit (Nashdene- Dynamic) Ltd., Summit (200 Vandorf) Ltd., Summit (300 Walker) Ltd., Summit (165 Orenda) Ltd., Summit (8705 Torbram) Ltd., Summit (1075 Clark) Ltd., Summit (40 Summerlea) Ltd., Summit (294 Walker) Ltd., Summit (6 Shaftsbury) Ltd., Summit (3703 – 98 Street) Ltd., Summit (5580 – 56 Avenue) Ltd. and Summit (290 Frenette) Ltd.
Nominee Companies means ACI Brandon, ACI Selkirk, RMA Gatineau, ACI Southpark and SDA Steinbach and “Nominee Company” means any one of them;

Related to Nominee Companies

  • Nominee Company means a corporate body registered or having an established place of business in England and Wales which holds title to property for another;

  • Investee Company means any company or entity in which a Fund has invested or which has issued debt securities to a Fund;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • CCI means Charter Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any successor Person thereto.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited;

  • SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • CPET means the UK Government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber.

  • Transferee Company means any company or body corporate established in the Islands or in any other jurisdiction.

  • Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • TD means The Toronto-Dominion Bank.

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

  • DTI means the Department of Trade and Industry;

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.

  • Interim Monitor means any monitor appointed pursuant to Paragraph III of this Order or Paragraph III of the related Order to Maintain Assets.

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • CAMC means Centennial Asset Management Corporation.

  • SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.
