Examples of Nominee Companies in a sentence

  • In respect of all other Nominee Companies, we shall, in the absence of our own fraud, wilful default or negligence, have no liability arising out of the actions, omissions or default of any such Nominee Company, but shall take such steps as may reasonably be requested by you to pursue and enforce such remedies as you may have against any such Nominee Company, subject to you accepting liability for and providing adequate security in respect of our costs properly incurred in connection therewith.
