Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).
Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by eight hundred seventy-seven thousandths plus the percentage of weight of tetrahydrocannabinol.
Paying quantities as used herein shall mean and refer to quantities of oil and gas or of either of them sufficient to pay for the current cost of producing same.

High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.
