Examples of Note A-2B PSA in a sentence

  • The Directing Holder shall designate a Person to serve as Special Servicer by delivering to the other Holders and the parties to the Note A-1 PSA, the Note A-2A PSA, the Note A-2B PSA, the Note A-3A PSA, the Note A-3B PSA and the Note A-4 PSA a written notice stating such designation and by satisfying the other conditions required under the Servicing Agreement (including, without limitation, a Rating Agency Confirmation, if required by the terms of the Servicing Agreement), if any.

  • The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer and any Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Note A-1 PSA, the Note A-2A PSA, the Note A-2B PSA, the Note A-3A PSA, the Note A-3B PSA or the Note A-4 PSA, as applicable.

  • Note A-2-2 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-2 PSA means the “pooling and servicing agreement” entered into in connection with the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Note A-2-1 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-1 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement entered into in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization.
