Non-Supported Interest Shortfall. As defined in Section 4.02.
Non-Supported Interest Shortfall. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall on the Mortgage Loans over the aggregate Compensating Interest with respect to such Distribution Date. With respect to each Distribution Date occurring on or after the Cross-Over Date, the Non-Supported Interest Shortfall determined pursuant to the preceding sentence will be increased by the amount of any Cross-Over Date Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date. Any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall will be allocated to (a) the Class A Certificates according to the percentage obtained by dividing the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance by the sum of the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Class B Principal Balance and (b) the Class B Certificates according to the percentage obtained by dividing the Class B Principal Balance by the sum of the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Class B Principal Balance.
Non-Supported Interest Shortfall. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall on the Mortgage Loans over the aggregate Compensating Interest with respect to such Distribution Date and (ii) Curtailment Interest Shortfalls with respect to such Distribution Date. With respect to each Distribution Date occurring on or after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Non-Supported Interest Shortfall determined pursuant to the preceding sentence will be increased by the amount of any Subordination Depletion Date Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date. Any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall will be allocated to (a) the Class A Certificates according to the percentage obtained by dividing the Class A Principal Balance by the sum of the Class A Principal Balance and the Class B Principal Balance and (b) the Class B Certificates according to the percentage obtained by dividing the Class B Principal Balance by the sum of the Class A Principal Balance and the Class B Principal Balance.

  • With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent that the Prepayment Interest Shortfall exceeds Compensating Interest (such excess, a "Non-Supported Interest Shortfall"), such Non-Supported Interest Shortfall shall reduce the Current Interest with respect to each Class of Certificates, pro rata based upon the amount of interest each such Class would otherwise be entitled to receive on such Distribution Date.
