Group 2 Certificate Any Class A-2 Certificate.
Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.
Group I Certificates The Class A-1 Certificates.
Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.
Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A-2A Certificate Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-2A Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".
Group III Certificates The Group III-A Certificates.
Group 1 Certificate Any Class A-1 or Class A-R Certificate.
Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".
Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".
Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".
Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.
Group II Certificates The Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates.
Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."
Group I Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Corresponding Certificates As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Lower-Tier Regular Interest or Component.
