Nonbinding Jumbo Takeout Agreement definition

Nonbinding Jumbo Takeout Agreement means a flow loan purchase and sale arrangement with a Takeout Investor acceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion, pursuant to which such Takeout Investor may purchase Jumbo Loans on a forward delivery basis.
