Nonqualified Options definition

Nonqualified Options means all options granted under this Plan to acquire stock of the Company, its Parent, or any of its Subsidiaries, other than Incentive Options.
Nonqualified Options means stock options granted under the Plan that are not Incentive Stock Options.
Nonqualified Options means an award under the Plan that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
