Nonresidential treatment program definition

Nonresidential treatment program means a program certified by the department of mental health involving structured, intensive treatment in a nonresidential setting.
Nonresidential treatment program means only a nonresidential accredited treatment program for alcoholism, chemical dependency, or drug addiction which is licensed or certified by the Department of Mental Health or similar department of the State in which the program is located.
Nonresidential treatment program means a program certified by the Department of Mental Health involving non-residential care and structured, intensive treatment. This program provides treatment while allowing individuals to work, go to school, and carry on their regular daily activities while receiving treatment such as services and supports.
