Nonstatutory Share Option definition

Nonstatutory Share Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.
Nonstatutory Share Option means an Option that is not intended to, or does not, in fact, qualify as an Incentive Share Option.
Nonstatutory Share Option or “NSO” means an Option that by its terms does not qualify or is not intended to qualify as an ISO.

  • Each Option shall be designated in the Award Agreement as either an Incentive Share Option or a Nonstatutory Share Option.
