Nonwaiver definition

Nonwaiver. We may, in our sole discretion, elect not to exercise a right or reservation specified in this Contract. Such election shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise such right or reservation at any subsequent time, nor shall it constitute a waiver of any other provisions of the Contract.
Nonwaiver. Waiver by either party of strict performance of any provision of this lease shall not be a waiver of or prejudice the party's right to require strict performance of the same provision in the future, or of any other provision.
