Not Yet Authorized definition

Not Yet Authorized means the Services for a Phase of the Work that is within the Agreement, but for which the Judicial Council has not yet authorized Construction Manager to perform. NYA Services are intended to be within the scope of the Agreement but shall only be undertaken by the Construction Manager if the Judicial Council authorizes the Phase in which the NYA Services is included.
