Examples of Note A-1-2 in a sentence
Prior to the Note A-1-1 Securitization Date and the Note A-1-2 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-1-1 and Note A-1-2) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
Note A-1-1 and Note A-1-2 are collectively referred to herein as the “Notes”.
The current designations, principal balances and Note Holders are: (i) one promissory note designated Promissory Note A-1-1 made by the Mortgage Loan Borrower in favor of UBS AG, New York Branch in the original principal amount of $60,000,000.00 and (ii) one promissory note designated Promissory Note A-1-2 made by the Mortgage Loan Borrower in favor of UBS AG, New York Branch in the original principal amount of $7,500,000.00.
On and after the Note A-1-1 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-1-2, unless any such Note is also included in the Note A-1-1 Securitization) shall be transferred to and held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-1-1 PSA, on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
