Note A-1 Percentage Interest definition

Note A-1 Percentage Interest means a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Note A-1 Principal Balance and the denominator of which is the sum of the Note A-1 Principal Balance, the Note A-2 Principal Balance and the Note B Principal Balance.
Note A-1 Percentage Interest means, as of any date, the ratio of the Note A-1 Principal Balance to the Mortgage Loan Principal Balance.
