Noteholder Collateral Account definition

Noteholder Collateral Account means the account of the Issuer into which all Eligible Noteholder Collateral is to be deposited;
Noteholder Collateral Account means the account in the name of the Issuer so entitled and held with the Account Bank into which all Eligible Noteholder Collateral is to be deposited;
Noteholder Collateral Account means the account in the name of the Issuer so entitled and held with the Custodian into which all Class A1 Noteholder Collateral is to be deposited;

  • Accounts: For the purposes of the Notes, the Issuer shall, prior to the Issue Date, establish with the Account Bank, the Principal Account, the Interest Account, the Non-Euro Account, the Expense Reserve Account, the Unused Proceeds Account, the Payment Account, the Collateral Enhancement Account, the Hedge Termination Account, the Annual Interest Smoothing Account, the Class D2 Reserve Account and, if required, the Noteholder Collateral Account.
