Noteholder Collateral definition

Noteholder Collateral means all of the assets of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any Noteholder Claim.

Noteholder Collateral means all of the assets and properties of any Obligor, of any kind whatsoever, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, and wherever located, in which the Trustee now or hereafter holds a Lien as security for any Noteholder Debt.
