Noteholder Document definition

Noteholder Document means collectively (a) the Indenture, the Secured Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Secured Obligations as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Noteholder Document means collectively (a) the Secured Note Indenture, the Secured Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Secured Obligations as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Noteholder Document in a sentence

  • In the event any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement or in any other Noteholder Document should be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein and therein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall affect any right that the Collateral Agent or any Holder may otherwise have to bring any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement or any other Noteholder Document against any Pledgor, or its properties, in the courts of any jurisdiction.

  • Senior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Senior Obligation, any provision pertaining to such Senior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Senior Obligation.
