Notice of Allegation definition

Notice of Allegation means a notice in writing issued by the Secretary to a Charged Member on the instruction of the Board.
Notice of Allegation means (a) with respect to Canada, the filing of a notice of allegation under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations (Canada) and (b) with respect to any other country, the filing of a certification that is analogous to a Paragraph (iv) Certification or the filing of a notice that is analogous to a Notice of Allegation described in clause (a).
