Notice of Certification definition

Notice of Certification means the notice we issued to the Responsible Entity certifying that the Item is Certified against the Standard and specifying the Certification Period. Organisation means an organisation for the purposes of the Standard as it applies to an organisation. Other Variant of the CTM means variants of the CTM other than the variants corresponding to the relevant Responsible Entity’s Certified Items.

Notice of Certification means the form of notice, approved by the Court on February 8th, 2024 that informed Class Members of certification of the Class Proceeding.

Notice of Certification means a document provided by a Certifier stating that an entity has become a Certified User.
