Notice of Disposal definition

Notice of Disposal means a Notice issued by the Company to a Xxxxxx whereby the Xxxxxx is put on notice that if Uncollected Goods are not collected within the period specified under the relevant legislation, the Company may exercise its rights under clauses 10.2 and 10.4.
