Notice of Interest Rate definition

Notice of Interest Rate means a Notice of Interest Rate in form similar to that attached to this Note as Exhibit “A” issued and delivered by the undersigned to Bank in accordance with the terms of this Note.
Notice of Interest Rate. Election shall mean, with respect to Adjusted -------------------------------- LIBOR Loans, a notice substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.59 and made a part hereof.
Notice of Interest Rate. Election shall specify: (i) the Group of Loans (or portion thereof) to which such notice applies; (ii) the date on which the conversion or continuation selected in such notice is to be effective, which shall comply with the applicable clause of subsection (a) above; (iii) if the Loans comprising such Group are to be converted, the new type of Loans and, if the Loans resulting from such conversion are to be CD Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans, the duration of the next succeeding Interest Period applicable thereto; and (iv) if such Loans are to be continued as CD Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans for an additional Interest Period, the duration of such additional Interest Period. Each Interest Period specified in a Notice of Interest Rate Election shall comply with the provisions of the definition of Interest Period.

Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Reserve Interest Rate With respect to any Interest Determination Date, the rate per annum that the Trustee determines to be either (i) the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%) of the one-month U.S. dollar lending rates which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on the relevant Interest Determination Date to the principal London offices of leading banks in the London interbank market or (ii) in the event that the Trustee can determine no such arithmetic mean, the lowest one-month U.S. dollar lending rate which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on such Interest Determination Date to leading European banks.

  • Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.

  • Effective Interest Rate means the rate of interest per annum on the Loans in effect from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1(a), (b) and (c).

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.
