Landlord and Tenant shall endeavor to agree on Fair Market Rental Value during the period following receipt by Landlord of a Notice of Interest to Renew and prior to the latest date for Tenant to deliver a Renewal Notice.
Notice of Interest Rate Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.
Notice of Intent to Cure has the meaning specified in Section 6.02(b).
Notice of Intent means a notice that an environmental impact statement will be prepared and considered. The notice shall briefly:
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Notice of Conversion/Extension means the written notice of conversion of a LIBOR Rate Loan to an Alternate Base Rate Loan or an Alternate Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or extension of a LIBOR Rate Loan, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(e).
Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).
Notice of Intention means a notice to commence mining operations, including revisions to the notice.
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Notice of Continuation/Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).
Conversion to Fixed Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan is not a Convertible Mortgage Loan;

Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit C.
Notice of Conversion or Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a).
Second Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.
Interest Notice Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Notice of Prepayment has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.4(c).
Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).
Notice of Special Rate Period means any notice with respect to a Special Rate Period of shares of MuniPreferred pursuant to subparagraph (d)(i) of Section 4 of Part I of this Statement.
Initial Rate of Interest means the initial rate of interest per annum specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Termination for Convenience means the termination of the Trade Contract Agreement or the Trade Contractor Work by the Authority without cause and for the convenience of the Authority as decided in its sole discretion.
Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.
Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.
