Motions MUST include a Notice of Presentation and Certificate of Service unless presented by consent.
The Notice of Presentation and Certificate of Service should be on a separate page of the Motion or Petition following the cover sheet.
If, after the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period, opposing counsel has not filed a written objection, the counsel who drafted the document shall present both the file-stamped Notice of Presentation of Entry and the actual proposed entry to the assigned Judge/Magistrate for consideration.
The Notice of Presentation shall include the date of service of the motion upon the opposing counsel or the opposing party, if unrepresented, and the date of service of the motion upon the Domestic Relations Section.
