Examples of Notice of Proposed Change in a sentence

  • The Contractor's proposal for all proposed additions, deductions and changes to the work involving cost or Contract Time shall be submitted by the Contractor to THE UNIVERSITY within 15 days, or such other time as THE UNIVERSITY may direct, after the issuance of the Notice of Proposed Change.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
