The Contractor's proposal for all proposed additions, deductions and changes to the work involving cost or Contract Time shall be submitted by the Contractor to THE UNIVERSITY within 15 days, or such other time as THE UNIVERSITY may direct, after the issuance of the Notice of Proposed Change.
