Notice of Repayment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(e).

More Definitions of Notice of Repayment

Notice of Repayment means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit “P-2” to Schedule “P” delivered to the Finnvera Facility Agent by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2 of Schedule “P”;

It is understood that the exercise period shall be at least 15 calendar days long and that the purchase date shall be at least seven calendar days after the last day of the exercise period.
