Notice of Sale and Request for Release definition

Notice of Sale and Request for Release means a notice to the Custodian and the Lender in the form of Annex 3 hereto that certain of the Mortgage Loans are being sold and specifying the date of such sale and the amount of the Advance Balance being paid off with the proceeds of such sale and requesting that certain documents with respect to such Mortgage Loans be delivered to the related third party purchaser.
