Notice Payment definition

Notice Payment means the amount to be determined by the Notice and Claims Administrator to effectuate the Notice Plan.
Notice Payment means the sum of two hundred thousand dollars and no cents ($200,000.00), which is intended to be an amount sufficient to pay for the cost of providing notice to Class Members as required by the Court.
