Settlement Approval Notice means the notice advising that the Settlement has been approved and describing how Class Members can participate in the distribution of the Settlement Benefits. The Parties’ proposed short form Settlement Approval Notice and long form Settlement Approval Notice are attached hereto as Appendix “D” and Appendix “E”, respectively.

Settlement Approval Notice means the proposed written notice to be approved by the Court in the Settlement Approval Order and to be published in accordance with Section V of this Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” of the Settlement Approval Order.

More Definitions of Settlement Approval Notice

Settlement Approval Notice means the notice described in paragraph 49 of this Settlement Agreement informing the Class Members that the Settlement has been approved by the Courts (substantially in the form of Schedule “K” (in the Ontario Class Action) and Schedule “L” (in the Quebec Class Action) hereto, as approved by the Courts);
