Notice to Centrelink. Where a decision has been made to terminate the employees in the circumstances outlined in subclause (a) hereof, the company shall notify the appropriate employment agency giving the relevant information, including a written statement of the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
