Notional Fund definition

Notional Fund means any open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 with respect to which the Investment Manager serves as investment adviser, shares of which are sold to the public, and which the Plan Administrator designates as a Notional Fund under the Plan.
Notional Fund means a deemed investment fund that returns Notional Earnings equal to the real income, gain or loss returned by a real investment fund, consisting of one or more stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other publicly traded securities, which is tracked by the Notional Fund.
Notional Fund means the investment funds available under the 401(k) Plan designated by the Committee from time to time and shall not be less than three such funds, but shall not include the Hampshire Group, Limited Common Stock Fund.

Examples of Notional Fund in a sentence

  • Notionally Fully Funded means the Service Provider's (and/or any Sub Contractor's) contribution to the Pension Fund shall be determined as if the Service Provider (and/or any Sub-Contractor) were notionally credited with a fund at the Relevant Transfer (the Notional Fund).

  • The amount of the Notional Fund shall, at the Relevant Transfer, be equal to the amount of the assets equal to the Liability of the Eligible Employees in the Pension Fund to provide the benefits of these Eligible Employees which accrued in the Pension Fund before the Relevant Transfer.

  • Appropriate records will be kept of the value of the Notional Fund held for the Unapproved Scheme and a statement will be sent to M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at regular intervals (no less frequently than quarterly).

Related to Notional Fund

  • Additional Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.A.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Institutional fund means a fund held by an institution exclusively for charitable purposes. The term does not include:

  • Additional Funding has the meaning prescribed to that term in clause 4.3 of this Agreement.

  • Principal Funds With respect to the Mortgage Loans and any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (1) the scheduled principal due during the related Due Period and received before the related Servicer Remittance Date or advanced on or before the related Servicer Remittance Date, (2) prepayments in full collected in the related Prepayment Period, (3) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan that was purchased by the Depositor during the related Prepayment Period or, in the case of a purchase pursuant to Section 9.01, on the Business Day prior to such Distribution Date, (4) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Replacement Mortgage Loan is less than the aggregate unpaid principal of the related Deleted Mortgage Loans delivered by the Sponsor in connection with a substitution of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03(c), (5) all Liquidation Proceeds collected during the related Prepayment Period (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds relate to principal and represent payment in full), (6) all Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Due Period and (7) all other collections and recoveries in respect of principal during the related Due Period, less (A) all Non-Recoverable Advances relating to principal with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (B) other amounts reimbursable (including without limitation indemnity payments) to the Servicer and the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement allocable to principal.
