Notionally Fully Funded means the Service Provider's (and/or any Sub Contractor's) contribution to the Pension Fund shall be determined as if the Service Provider (and/or any Sub-Contractor) were notionally credited with a fund at the Relevant Transfer (the Notional Fund).
The amount of the Notional Fund shall, at the Relevant Transfer, be equal to the amount of the assets equal to the Liability of the Eligible Employees in the Pension Fund to provide the benefits of these Eligible Employees which accrued in the Pension Fund before the Relevant Transfer.
Appropriate records will be kept of the value of the Notional Fund held for the Unapproved Scheme and a statement will be sent to M▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at regular intervals (no less frequently than quarterly).
