Notional Fund definition

Notional Fund means any open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 with respect to which the Investment Manager serves as investment adviser, shares of which are sold to the public, and which the Plan Administrator designates as a Notional Fund under the Plan.
Notional Fund means a deemed investment fund that returns Notional Earnings equal to the real income, gain or loss returned by a real investment fund, consisting of one or more stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other publicly traded securities, which is tracked by the Notional Fund.
Notional Fund means the investment funds available under the 401(k) Plan designated by the Committee from time to time and shall not be less than three such funds, but shall not include the Hampshire Group, Limited Common Stock Fund.
